Got to love that Beach weather it sure beats the valley however what is it with really messed up parking situation where you have to walk 5 miles to your car when you come and go and no shuttle service offered. Makes you want to just never visit your friends.

Yeah is expensive. ..but where not ? I mean a single now in torrance rent is what.....1000 plus...studio 1100-1200? If you get a mobile home, depends of the space a the big of the mobile might be ok. The only thing here is that you have to buy the mobile. But well.....choices.
I lived there! but to live in a trailer park like is knoll's lodge is kind of expensive Rent is $ 1,300.00 -$1,500.00 there are some spaces. I know because I have my old neighbors that still living there. With that amount you can pay your own house.
