Five stars because of the staff and people there. They are extremely friendly, responsive, and understanding. Maintenance is usually quick to respond, and the office staff are a friendly bunch. Neighbors are also usually kind and friendly as well. Four stars on the property itself. No real issues, just know that it is an older property so no real fancy bells and whistles. Older properties are also usually larger than newer properties and that is true as well. There may be a few small minor issues with the apartment so check carefully. A few cracks, maybe a stain or two but again no major issues and the pricing is fair. All in all, highly recommended and they have made me feel very comfortable and relaxed.... In fact, I may cry tears of joy for experiencing such awesomeness. Sniffle, sniffle... :)

I lived in two different units at this location from 2011-2013. I was always impressed with how timely issues were handled by maintenance, and how helpful management could be. I enjoyed the tranquility of the grounds and the dedication by staff to keep the apartments running smoothly. Highly recommend :)

Four years ago I helped my mom apartment search. We drove all over KC looking at properties that felt like a home, not a box set down in the middle of a concrete pad with masses of buildings. We searched for quite a while until we came across Bremerton Park. This complex has apartments encircling treed green space with paved paths. It feels like each building has a yard and a space where patios lead out to breezy, shaded spots to relax in. In the four years since moving in, the happiness with the property has only grown. The apartment is a great size, the maintenance staff have been on top of any needed repairs and have been respectful to the various residents. The management, especially Danielle, has been thoughtful and kind, taking the time to get to know everyone and finding ways to still have gatherings for the residents in this crazy new adventure we’re all dealing with (COVID-19). In addition, the property now allows dogs, which makes the green space even more enjoyable. (the entire staff is watchful of the pets and politely reminds those who ‘forget’ to clean-up after their pet.) There have been minor frustrations off-and-on, usually resolved within a few weeks time. The only on-going frustration has been that the parking spaces need to be repaved and that there isn’t any covered parking. After the apartments I’ve had over the years, I’m envious of this experience.
