90 mins free. Ticket doesn't work at times and gate will not open. Other than that its a great location within walking distance of Santa Monica Promenade & Pier/Boardwalk.

Nice centrally located structure with plenty of spaces n easy pay booths before leaving location. Very affordable usually 60 to 90 minutes free n a minimal charge after that. Been using it for years to go downtown Santa Monica n even the promenade. I find it easier to park there then at mall parking structure.

You can contact Santa Monica public parking, there is no phone number for this specific garage it is unattended. It is three levels below ground under a residential building
