*update, I still have yet to be contacted even though when I talk to customer service on the phone they verified the Great Clips was told all the information.* My son went in for a haircut and when he was done, his hair was literally still wet ....

So the lady that gave my haircut came outside as I was leaving to say to not come back because my hair is too thick.

The hair stylist where very nice but they did a horrific job on my son's hair cut. So bad that we had to go in and try to get it fixed but we ended up having to give him a buzz cut. He was so upset since he had been growing his hair out for over half the year and within 10min all of his work with his hair went down the drain... Very upsetting for my son.

My husband and our son got hair cuts today from two separate people. My husbands haircut was fine. Our sons, on the other hand, was not good. Honestly, it's just plain awful. My husband pointed out a picture from the lobby that he wanted our sons hair to look like and said "just a little bit shorter than that". She cut it much, much shorter. And on top of that the front looks like a bowl cut, the back is uneven. There is no fade like there should have been and the part that tapers down to his neck is cut bluntly. Our son is in middle school, he cares about his appearance and he is NOT happy with the cut. I feel so bad. I honestly don't even know if it can be fixed because it was cut so short. When they came back out to the car I didn't even want to go back in and ask them to fix it because I feel like it would've been made worse, if that's possible. We will never come back to this location.
