I went to the store on one occasion and I was greeted by an older gentleman, he was very aggressive towards me, almost rude for no reason. I really hope that it had nothing to do with the color of my skin. Because immediately after he was done helping me he was very kind and polite to the customer after me, I like going there sometimes to get things printed out because I don't own a printer at home. But I felt very unwelcome in the store and I won't be returning.

Extremely RUDE young man with terrible customer service skills working on Saturday morning. He was sitting on the back counter cross-legged on his phone when I arrived to the store. With no one else in the store- I ran in to drop off a ready to ship package and forgot my mask in the car. I literally ran in- left it on the counter and turned to leave- as I neared the door he yelled out “ I’m putting that box in the lost and found since you didn’t wear a mask! I won’t process it!” With my hand on the door I stopped, turned and said “really?” He shrugged his shoulders and said “yup- this is private property- follow the rules. Our rule is no-mask no service!” I retrieved my box and left.

I was surprised to see a review that was positive for an out-of-state experience. Mine was quite the opposite. Despite my calling the location to ask to pay for an item to be packaged and shipped by either billing my national UPS account or my paying by credit card over the phone they were unable/unwilling to assist. Luckily the FedEx store nearby has customer service and was able to get it taken care of promptly and without incident for us.

Asked the clerk to print my UPS shipping label so I could return something to Amazon. I've done this many times at other locations before, and never has there been a problem. This time the clerk replies there will be a $1.10 fee for printing a return label. I advised him I've never been charged for a printing label, much less a ridiculous $1.10. (can you say GREEDY?) He then proceeded to tell me to go to another location that doesn't charge for labels! Not only am I going to a different location, I'LL NEVER BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION!! I hope anyone reading this will try the south Olathe location. The store at 159th and Mur-Len is way better! Nice people, very helpful, and you can tell they care about each person that walks through the door. 👍
