Mom has been at Crescent Landing for over a year now and really seems to be very happy there. She been a resident at other assistant living communities but Crescent Landing definitely is the best of all of them. I’ve been very satisfied with the staff and their professionalism. They genuinely care about the residents and their families.

Our mother recently passed away, and while it was difficult watching her decline, we feel very fortunate that she was living at Crescent Landing at Garden Grove Memory Care (formerly Valley View Gardens). Jesus, Jonathan, and the staff were both caring and attentive to our mother during the 3.5+ years that she lived there. They treated her like family, which was comforting for us to see. During the pandemic, the staff worked tirelessly to keep the residents healthy, safe, and engaged with activities. They were also good about keeping our family updated when we were unable to visit regularly. Our mother was in hospice care during the last year of her life. The staff at Crescent Landing at Garden Grove worked collaboratively with our mother’s hospice case manager, which enhanced her overall care. In addition, the case manager often commented on how well our mother and the other residents looked when she visited the facility. Thank you for all the love and care our mother received!

I have my dad living here and this place gives all the attention to your loved ones. They can attend to your loved ones who have Dementia/Alzheimers. The staff is highly trained. They have activities every day. They do puzzles, singing, they have outside entertainment to come in and entertain the residents. The food is very good made my a highly qualified chef who makes all the food on the premises. If your loved one has any allergies to any foods, just let the staff and med techs know and they will make sure they do not get those foods. It’s a clean place to have your loved one at and it’s secure so your loved one cannot get out of the facility. If your looking for a highly qualified place to have your loved one live at who has needs or help with daily living give them a call. You will get a tour of the facility by one of the staff members.

I’ve been thinking about placing my dad in a facility because home care is very expensive and soon his funds will be depleted. I looked at a few places and one was ValleyView. My family really liked the community. The staff was kind and welcoming and we saw so many activities. There is a secured walking path and this place is perfect for dementia care. My family is still working out a home sale and valley view works with a place that can help us bridge the gap with a loan. Ultimately, we may have my sister quit her job and move in with dad, but if we need a place, we will select this one for sure
