Nice center, Johnny's Tavern,good pizza, Walgreens, Fuzzy's, good tacos here, H&R Block, many other places, worth a visit

The South side of 95th is really nice, however, the north side is bad, really bad. No painted lines for the entrances/exits. Parking lot is beat up. No stop signs anywhere which leads to people driving around without thinking. Tons of car accidents. Cars also drive freely through the parking lot because of the scooters coffee place. People drive their cars between cars in parking spaces trying to get coffee. I've personally almost been hit by cars multiple times while getting out of my car.
