My grandmother (who's on hospice) and I recently visited and found a wide selection of risqué products. She never had the chance to venture out of her comfort zone and purchase pleasure toys and she finally did it! She was very pleased with her new toys. Every time I have been in the State St store it has been a pleasant experience. The customer service has always been top notch, especially when Crystal is working. The prices on some of the items does seem a bit excessive but over all a great place to get your stuff.

We have gone through a management change.. but honestly even before the management change, we have never had anyone work in the back at any of our stores, Except for a janitor that cleans twice a day. There are zero creepy people in our stores and if anyone is loitering or acting inappropriate we asked that you please kindly let management know. As we pride ourselves on providing the best service possible. A lot of times we have to kick loiterers out and they like to answer messages on Google about how terrible of a place we are with creepy people. Our lowest rating on Google or any of our stores is 4.4 out of 5 STARS! Bring your friend in and check the store out for yourself I’m sure you’ll be very pleased. No, we are trying to figure out how to open it safely. The mask mandate is still in place inside.
We are not sure what we are going to do just yet, we are hoping to reopen that store this year. As far as employment goes that would have to be talked about once we decide to reopen it.
