I know times are tough in the fast food business and the restaurant business as a whole. I guess it's normal now to wait 50+ minutes for fried chicken at this particular franchise. I got in the drive thru at 6:08pm and drove away at 7:02pm. Took 25 minutes just to give them my order. 10 minutes after I paid and pulled forward, they came out and said my food had just been put in the fryer. I noticed 1 employee playing on her phone the whole time I sat at the window to pay and get a drink. They apologized for how long it took. They said they only had 5 employees working. They did give me a few extra things for waiting, but only after I asked. At least the food was good. I'll probably never go back to that location.

MAKE SURE THEY GIVE YOU YOUR RECEIPT!!! They didn't give me mine. I think it's because if you don't have your receipt you can't call and complain. WRONG!! I ordered a quarter pound of popcorn shrimp and asked for cocktail sauce. It also came with a drink which I ordered Dr pepper. I also ordered a five piece chicken with two sides and two biscuits. I go to the drive thru window to pay and she hands me my card back - no receipt. She hands me my food and says have a nice day. I said well where's my drink? She said well what did you order and I said Dr. pepper so she turns around gets the Dr. pepper and hands it to me. I go home which is about 5 minutes away and there's no cocktail sauce, no honey, no butter, no plastic spoons or forks. The chicken is very very highly breaded and there was hardly any meat on them and they were cold and so was the popcorn shrimp. I think they cook them in advance and that's why they were cold. I did call the Popeyes toll free number even without my receipt and put in a complaint and they gave me points on my Popeyes app. I'll probably go to another popeyes to redeem my points. It's very very busy at this location. With the kind of service I got I don't understand why. I just wanted to get chicken close to home. Bad choice!!

Not all Popeyes are created equal. This location on Antioch is fantastic. So fast to get my chicken strips to me, it’s like they knew what I was going to order. I have waited longer inside, if it’s busy. You know why it’s busy sometimes? Because they have the best chicken. Love it.

Expired colslaw. Spicy chicken instead. Got Uber eats and received spicy chicken instead of regular, my kid DOES NOT eat spicy food. On top of that, colslaw was EXPIRED. I would’ve taken it back but I couldn’t, this is why I got delivery in the first place, otherwise I would’ve gotten it myself.

It opens at 10:30 but the lobby was closed last Sunday I was there at 10:30 only drive thru was open they said they were short staffed and would open lobby when they had more staff come in
