I was greeted by staff as soon as I stepped into the restaurant. The food was okay, you could tell by the little black flakes in the pancakes and in the eggs that the cook didn't clean the griddle off very well. That's okay for home but not a restaurant. The restaurant may have been under staffed and they were training new crew members as the reason why the service was so slow. It has been years since going to Perkins. A family member meets a long time friend weekly. I was with them this last time. Ask about signing up for there specials to be texted or emailed to you. Wednesday is BOGO special. The skillet breakfast was amazing, perfect tutor tots that are not soggy for being the base, chopped ham and bacon crumbles, eggs the way you like them and choice to have gravy. The service is absolutely wonderful. Very personable, professional, they don't miss a beat. We appreciate the breakfast crew at the Gladstone location, they are a blessing to their customers.

Pancakes are great! Staff is usually nice, be prepared to wait to check out as no one will be at counter for quite some time & there is no bell. Takes a hot minute to get to you but daytime its delicious & evening it's served cold.

If I could give zero stars I would. From start to finish this was one of the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. The service was beyond rude, and it too 40 min to prepare this Togo order. Anyone who thinks this is a $13 breakfast needs to have their head examined. Please, for the love of all that is decent and holy DO NOT eat here!!!
