Mike and Andy were awesome. I went in with a cluster of a problem with my power cord. These guys were so patient with me and didn't stop until they arrived at a solution. Knowledge is excellent but customer service can make all the difference.

The receptionist at the front is extremely rude. I asked about making an appointment. She said they don't make appointments just drop it off for 2 weeks. She then wants to know how old and what's wrong. I explained that's why I wanted an appointment if I knew how to fix it I wouldn't need to bring it in. So I asked again when should I drop it off. I'm then told she didn't know. If it's this hard to get an appointment I would hate to think about what kind of work and bill I would receive. And people turn your light on it's hard to see in there. And places like this wonder why they go out of business. I'm replying back to your response. I appreciate the fact that you stand by your employees even ones with bad attitudes and that are rude with people. Please don't take my word for it, just read some of your reviews were people are saying the exact same thing as what I said. I asked for an appointment so I could bring my RV in to have a estimate done and have you guys to do work on it, and I was told to drop it off. I asked numerous times when should I drop it off, hints the same thing as an appointment. I never could get a straight answer, so if I got irritated that would be why. Now to the next question though why you feel the need to record people without their knowledge seems a little strange. And as far as a light being burned out that's not true, there was not a light on in the place it was completely dark. Maybe you should look at your video again. So at this point it doesn't really matter as I went to one of your competitors and they were happy to make an appointment without being rude. And there lights were on.

My 5th-wheel siding started separating while on my way from Washington state. They were just about to close for the memorial weekend but still helped me get what I needed to repair it. Everyone was nice and very helpful! Go here if you want a pleasant experience!

I think the deposit was large. 1,000 or more it depends on the coach. Keep track of propane use its extra. Also there is a dump fee if you don't dump your waist before you return the coach 5o dollars I think. We had our adult kids watch our pets . Pet fees might depend on who is renting their coach out.
