I came three years ago and I've enjoyed my neighbors, manager jerica is great, help as much as possible, love the community announcements if you don't know what's going on in the community. Like riverside,no because it is close to downtown kc,kick,olathe, it's a good hub area,restraints,groceries all close at hand, love how large my rooms are. Great place to live

We have lived here going on 4 yrs. I love it here management is very helpful does their best with any type of maintenance request. The only thing that I dislike is the roads I really wish that they would get the road fixed.

I have lived here for 4 years and just this year have we had problems!! Maintenance is shoty at best..several of our work orders have been lost... toilet finally gets fixed and they left my rug and floor soaked with water. The manager Debi is rude and blamed it all on maintenance man... then today I get home and on the front of the building is a shut off notice from the gas company for the entire building because they didn't pay the bill..

Apartments were clean, safe & most important bug free! Gina the mgr very attentive very honest. Not the best looking but the cost very, very affordable. I've stayed in wayyyyyy nicer & much more expensive apartments, but this apartment & management was by far my best experience in the rent game
