It's a typical USPS office. The postal workers try to keep the line moving as quickly as possible, so if you find yourself in a long line have a little patience.

This Moreno Valley Post Office was full of cheerful and helpful employees. It was so hot outside the day we visited. But the air conditioner was running and the temperature in the USPS was refreshing.

I had a bad experience with Moreno Valley USPS ,Few months ago I sent a registered letter with important documents in it, I went online several time since I send it,and l view it's location,it says that it is still at the usps after two months. I went to the post office and spoke with the manager who was incredibly rude and claims my letter wasn't there blaming the mailman for being a lazy mailman, and told me that he mixed all mail together,so I ask her, where is my letter,I need my documents back,,it was my social security card,my birth certificate, and my driver license in the letter. They don't have any answer to where my register letter is ,I'm very disappointed on their service.

Lobby used to stay open 24 hours,I was able to buy stamps, get my mail and mail packages but Covid stopped everything. I've had a po box there since 2000 cause the postmaster refused to prosecute neighbors stealing my mail. Since moving from that neighborhood the same mail man damages my packages on purpose..Annual cost was $48, in 2021 it increased to $108. Well at least bums don't sleep inside the building anymore.
Closed on Sundays since the pandemic.Open Saturday at 9am, but think it closes early as 2pm
Go to post office, request change of address form. Fill it out and mail or give to clerk.
Get in touch with the sender to send the package to your address or to the post office. Also fill out a form at the post office for a hold on that particular package so you can pick it up there...
It's not open 24 hours. The lobby closes at 8pm on weekdays and 3pm on Saturday and Sunday its closed
I doubt it. They only extended covid hours during Christmas and election time. They accepted ballots till midnight
Closed on Columbus day.
Just say “speak with an agent” and it’ll lead you to a live person
