Run, run away from this companies buildings. The one they manage on Agoura is Yellow Tagged it's so poorly taken care of by Yale and the owner.

I tried to rent from Bill, but I was so uncomfortable the entire time. He would only converse with me on the phone, and wouldn't send anything through text or email (probably to not leave any form of tracks). He told me he would feel more comfortable if I had a co-signer (which I didn't need because of my income and application, which leads me to believe he was profiling me). Then when I acknowledged he made that comment he said, "you can put me in a lie detector test I did not say that" which was very manipulating. Every phone call I had with him he either yelled at me on the phone or hung up on me. I mentioned to him that I had never been spoken to like this from a property manager before and he said "quite frankly I don't know if I want you as a tenant". I had been trying to apply for one of his units for over a week now and he refused to submit my application to the application department. I fear for whoever leases with him. He is very manipulative and honestly I wouldn't feel comfortable with him knowing where I live. I would definitely take this review into consideration when renting from him. I truly wish I could give zero stars. Very disappointing and I've seen other reviews with similar stories. So sad!

Tried to rent from them. Worst experience ever! Bill was so unprofessional. We were co-signing on a lease for our son. They would not accept our application because we lived out of state. We offered to pay the year's rent up front, and they said "no". So frustrating and disappointing. Would never recommend working with Yale Management.

I love living here but I put in a request to get my closet door shaved down when i moved in in august and haven’t heard anything. And when we had a power outage, a text would have been appreciated to figure out how to get out of the garage and that the garage door would be left open for a few days after the power was back up and running. But we all figured it out - maybe for future it would be nice to message the tenants with updates on what’s happening with the building and etas. Other than that it’s been a very pleasant experience.

Rest assured they don't check their hotline and they never return phone calls. If I were you, I'd move.
