Fancy place with lots of high end $$$$ finishes. But forget about getting any assistance on site without an appointment which we tried unsuccessfully to get (just kept stuck in the endless loop). Waited around for a solid 20 minutes but the people working at their desks (and there were a lot) "are busy". We left. Never looked back. Found better and MORE AFFORDABLE options online and elsewhere.

Ferguson was always the Disneyland of home remodels. And project hands on customer service. Been using them for over 3 decades for all my home remodels. Their pricing not for the faint of heart. As I recently started mine, I called about current Covid procedures And was informed if I came in no sales people would be available without appointment. Next available was 10 days. As I needed some help I waited. With my contractors finger tapping, I met with Tania. She was great! Spent an hour and ordered my shower system. What she didn't tell me was some parts wouldn't be available for 8 weeks. I found out after the order was placed. I called the store and no one could help except the national customer service line which didn't have a clue on this and a few electrical questions. Further nobody was available to help me with the rest of my project, lighting and appliances, until Tania came back from her one week vacation which she failed to mention. All the rest of the projects thousands of $ went elsewhere. [UPDATE] Manager Ruben did respond and found the delayed part on the East Coast and Overnighted it to LA. Thank you. And Tania did call back to check on the updated part order and getting it to me. 2 star bump for Ferguson, Ruben and Tania's follow through...

This was our first visit and so far we are very pleased. Plenty of selections and Jennifer was super helpful. As of now, we recommend Ferguson's to any looking to do bath & kitchen upgrades.

Ferguson really caters to designers. The seminars are always great. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The showroom is beautiful and showcases a variety of products.

"We recommend using the packaging from the original shipment if possible. Follow the instructions provided with the Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number we sent via email. If you’re using a return label that we provided, print the return label, attach it to the outside of the box, and drop your shipment off at any UPS location. Return labels help us efficiently track your return. If you choose another shipping method, please inform us by contacting customer service. If your shipment will travel via freight (semi-truck, LTL, etc.), then repack all items very well, secure them to the original pallet(s), and prepare them for shipment (we recommend using the packaging from the original shipment). Follow the instructions provided with the RGA number we sent via email. Print the freight label that we provided via email. Do not attach the freight label to the shipment. Use the instructions provided to contact the carrier and schedule your freight pickup."
You may initiate a return for a defective item within 180 days of receipt for a full refund.
If you just want to look at what they have in the showroom and then purchase it without any sales assistant they'll allow you to browse and buy. If you want sales assistance designer help etc you need an appointment.
