Einstein Bros. Bagels

This place is the trifecta of bad service. They are slow, rude and the place is a mess. There is a mess on the floor the counters, and the beverage machines are filthy. Waiting inline for a bagel sandwich for going on 20 minutes now with no end in site. They should probably call the Guinness book of world records, because their cook has to be one of the slowest moving humans in existence. The bonus is he yells out stuff to customers while they're ordering like "we ain't scrambling any eggs in here" I'd walk right by this place if you are ever in Crowne Center. Only had 3 people ahead if me.

Just went here a couple of minutes ago to just grab something quick for breakfast and I am highly dissatisfied. I ordered a turkey sausage and cheddar with garlic and herd shmear a six cheese bagel. Instead I got turkey sausage, no shmear on a hash brown bagel with eggs. Most likely not coming back.

Megalificent

I really felt for the employees working. There were only two of them and they were both very soft spoken and seemed nervous. They ran out of most of their bagels and the coffee machine was broken. And my sandwich was just terrible. Plus it looked like the wrapper they used for my sandwich had been used previously for something else. Ugh. Ew.

The bagels are typically pretty yummy at Einstein's. This is standard and tough to mess up, but I went to Einstein's at Crown Center today a dog I stood in line, a really long line, and when I got to cashier I gave her my order. She asked me if I had told anyone else my order. I had not because no one had yet said the magic words , "May I take your order?" This seems pretty standard..I mean, I am the customer, and they work behind the counter. Obviously, I am there for a reason, so I went back and told person who I was supposed to tell my order to, then I went back to the cashier and to her what I had ordered, because she had not communicated what I had just to the other person. I seems that those could have gone better..but who knows..
