We are on an east coast trip from Missouri, and our refrigerator quit working. We pulled into TAC to see if they could help. They don’t sell Grand Design but were able to get a technician right on it. It turned out to be a fuse behind the outside control panel, the one place we didn’t check. In less than an hour, we are now back on the road. They could have easily said sorry and sent us on our way. We’ll probably never be back in that area, but highly recommend them if you are. Hello everyone im Mike we drove about 500 miles From Long Island New York to TAC RV in North Carolina on September 18 2021 To pick The Bullet 330BHS sales person is John Burton what an amazing 👏 person everyone else is good good atmosphere Mike is the guy that explains everything about the functionality of the RV you will feel like in family if you are really looking to buy an RV Give this guys a call I promise you won't regret. When you are buying an RV you want to buy with confidence and you don't want to feel pressure me and John were back and forth on the phone I had a lot of questions before I started driving down to NC his the Guy to answer any questions and explain whatever you need to know about any RV
