I have so many great things to say about this company. Starting from the moment I called to the finish of a complete install of new AC. Fernando, George, Jorge and Christian These gentleman were polite , clean and very thorough . I had my 2-1/2 year old grandson there and he is very much into tools and helping. He didn’t let these guys out of his sight and all these gentleman were so good with him and allows him to watch closely they made my little man so happy. To begin I always get 3 estimates when having work done to my home This company was not on the top when I googled so they were not my first call However this company was the first to answer the phone and get me on the schedule quickly. The other companies eventually answered and I had to wait a few days for appointment. I ended up cancelling the other two and gave this job to Steve’s. I’m glad I did they did not let me down.

I had an issue with my HVAC system where the unit was working, however was not producing cool air. I called Steve’s 5 ⭐️ and they were able to come out the next day. I had the pleasure of having Enrique Duran, and Christian whose last name I forgot to write down, review the issue. They were kind and extremely professional, even after a long day of work on a hot summer Friday. They diagnosed the problem quickly, explained to me how to better maintain my AC in future, and even took interest in some of my hobbies. This was all done in about 30 minutes. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC work done. The only thing I would change is that I would have given them a heads up that my dog was in his crate upstairs, to avoid them being scared by it.

Our AC was making a squealing sound so we shut it down and called Steve's. When Enrique arrived, the sound didn't appear, so Enrique suggested a service anyway. He worked solidly for about an hour, testing and cleaning, while answering our questions, explaining what he was doing and giving us the results. Enrique was polite, knowledgeable, efficient and made sure he cleaned up after himself. Enrique is a fine, intelligent young man; Steve's is lucky to have him as an employee.

I am so glad I chose this company based on their Google reviews here to Replace our whole A/C system. And by whole A/C I mean the whole Central Air with panels, vents everything. Blake was great from the very start. They are all very professional. No games & great quality products. Everything is in writing and done as promised. Very impressed with their installers. 0% 60 months loan app was a breeze. They are knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Enrique was great.
