We had a broken belt on the way home from the beach. Shop did a great job of getting us worked in and back on the road. Dustin was very polite and explained everything to us. Definitely recommend this shop and would use them again.

This place is a complete joke. Stay away from them!!! Not only are they a rip off they never have their stuff together. First, they called me today at 530 pm to tell me my car was completed and I told them I would like to pick up my car today. They close at 6pm and apparently closed on Sundays now; therefore, I can't get my automobile until Monday. Mind you they have had my car since Friday. This isn't our first time with a bad experience with this establishment. Thought we'd give them another try. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Dropped off a vehicle and already had purchased the tires I wanted. They were in the back of the car. When we dropped off the vehicle we told them we wanted the old tires off and new tires on and a alignment. The lady at the front said ok, took our info and had us sign something on a pad which didn’t show what you were signing. I get a call the next day. And they tell me they are upgrading my valve stems to a more expensive one, my serpentine belt has cracks and I have two tail light bulbs out. The car is only 4 years old so there is no way it needs new valve stems but apparently when I signed on the pad that I couldn’t see on, I signed agreeing to new valve stems... This is completely unnecessary, I’ve never replaced valve stems on a car in my entire life. I also just looked at my belt and there are no cracks and my car doesn’t have any tail lights out... overall they have lost my business forever.

Great service and good communication. Get the lifetime alignment for $189...it is an unbeatable value and protects your tire purchases for the life of the vehicle! One alignment at a dealership can easily cost $80-$100 (one time). With all the potholes we have around here, the lifetime alignment just makes sense.

Only 4 seats in the waiting room of the service area, all are at least 6ft apart and masks have to be worn at all times while in the store.
