They do a good job. My only problem was my rims was still dirty. They half cleaned them and one they didn't touch at all. It was my fault I didn't see it when I looked over it and I have white rims. But they're very professional. I will go back

Today was my first time visiting this car wash and I am extremely pleased with Zach who serviced my car. I chose the Super PolyProcess Full Service plus for $34.99. Zach did an excellent job with interior/exterior cleaning. Once he was done I thanked him but felt really bad because I did not have any cash on me with which to tip him. He simply dismissed my apology and stated he was pleased to be of service. A few minutes later he left to attend to another customer. I got in my car to drive off only to discover the car would not start! Another gentleman whose name I didn’t get came over to assist but wasn’t able to get my car started. I asked if he would get Zach to come over to assist. Zach came over, attempted to start the car but it still wouldn’t start. He suggested I allow him to give me a jump, to which I quickly said yes. As an aside, my vehicle is a Benz and the battery isn’t typical so after attempting to locate it, Zach googled it and was able to hook the jumper cables to my battery. Shortly thereafter my car started. I asked if I should be concerned about a repeat of my car not starting should I have to stop, and he advised me accordingly. He also told me not to be too concerned because he had seen this happen a couple of times since he began working there. All of this to say Zach is an outstanding, polite young man. He cares about his customers and willingly goes above and beyond what is expected of him. I am disappointed that I didn’t have money on me, but I am hopeful this review will garner him something because based on my experience with him, he is definitely an asset to this establishment. Job well done Zach. I am eternally grateful!!!

I came home from a long road trip and went to the Autobell in western branch for a wash and interior clean. I not only got a great deal on the wash, but Tae really did an excellent job detailing my car and cleaning the interior. It’s no small feat to get dog hair out of everything! My windows were all crystal clear and my car smelled amazing! Will definitely go there again and hopefully Tae is working.

Love this location going to make this my permanently location for my car wash. I receive a free car wash because I was having a bad day due to I had just got my car wash and then where I’m currently staying someone throw some soda on my car. I really appreciate you guys at this location and appreciate y’all business. Y’all could have cared less about what happen but Cathy did. Thanks so much.
