Another location within a 3 mile radius closed well before advertised hours both online and on the door. Literally trying to give these people money absolutely fed-up.

I will never come back to this chase Bank of America! NICOLE working today around 3:00 pm PT was very rude and unprofessional I asked for an envelope to write down my account information and she told I couldn’t have one and instead gave me a deposit slip which I refused and she then questioned me and asked did I still want help or not? She seemed to be searching through my account going back and forth and I’m on Erbes I’m a victim of identity theft! I currently have CASH APP and my money has been disappearing from my account and I’m getting no answer from customer support. I’m terrified my finances have been depleted by a foreigner trying to enter the stater.

Walk in to open a checking account and they said I needed to make an appointment. Walk in to Bank of America better service and everything was fast and smooth. Dont waste your time in this branch lazy people.

The only way I can describe what happened when my husband and I opened a bank account is 'shady as hell". We went to the bank and opened an account together. As the teller us setting us up he tells me he pulled my information from an old account I had with chase. I explained this is the first time I've had a chase account and it felt very strange that they had all my info already. After setting up the account, we checked our bank statement the next day and it showed 75$ taken out of my account. We hadn't even gotten cards for this account so we called them asking what the charge was. They said apparently I had an account in 2014 that was closed in 2016 that had a balance for 75$. I dont have anything on my credit for this, I dont have any information about an owed balance and I never even had a chace account! How can they just take money from my account for no reason and no notice. When I asked the woman what it was from she had no idea and just said go to the branch for a statement. Chase bank stole from us. They are NOT trustworthy and I am astounded that they can steal from us so easily. With no proof! We will be closing our account and taking our money elsewhere. Its only 75$ but what if it was more? What if they took our rent money because they felt entitlement to it?! Do not bank here, they are crooks.
