Ordered 3 cheese steak hoagies tonight and this is what was delivered. When I called to report this to the restaurant I asked if they had run short on food. The “manager” said this is the recipe and that is the amount of meat that comes on the sandwich with no peppers and onions. He was rude and defensive. When I asked if I could have his name he said no. When I asked for the manger he said he was the manager. The food delivered is so bad we are throwing it away after spending $40 plus tip. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND FOOD.

Chanello's stays open super late which is awesome because not much other restaurants do around this area. The pizza is pretty good. Definitely above any fast food chains. I'd definitely stick to the pizza though. The wings were 2/5 and the Italian Sub was 1/5. Like a bunch of reviews on here already, there was very little meat on the sub.

Great pizza with lots of toppings and always fresh. The Greek salads are also awesome. They are not stingy with ingredients. We order from the Glen Allen location and have always received wonderful customer service

Ordered Grub Hub at 9:12pm. Called the restaurant at 10:13pm and the order was not even completed yet. Steven (Mgr) stated his tablet was not plugged in. 🤔 I asked for an idea on the time. He got completely short with me... said he "has no idea". I pressed him on the time. Asking... how can you have no idea? He said another 30 minutes. We received the order at 10:40. The food was not prepared correctly. Our chicken cheese steak had NO CHEESE! The Philly cheesesteak has NO CHEESE!! The peppers and onions were not grilled... the mushrooms are cheap canned ones and also not grilled. Terrible dry and cheaply prepared food. I do not recommend.
