Dr Tran is a good doctor. His office staff however is not. I last saw him in Feb 2021 and had my 6 month return app't set for Aug 10. When I went for the Aug app't I was first asked for a co-pay (which I never paid before) and then told my app't had been changed til Aug 13. When I asked why they changed my app't I was told I had been called and notified. If that were the case why would I have shown up on Aug 10 with my app't card. Finally after 45 minutes the office manager told me if I pay $195 the doctor could see me. I left promptly and never looked back.

I went to"5" drs before I finally was recommended to Dr.Tran. I couldn't be happier! He & his staff have been so professional, so through, & so nice, I could not have asked for better. The surgery center was the same ... so efficient. I was close to "legally blind" & now it's like Christmas every morning when I open my eyes. I could not recommend anyone more highly. Oh, & did I mention he's a Harvard man!! I struck gold when I found him.

Dr Michael Tran is wonderful , he did eye surgery for my husband Hung Nguyen , right eye in April , Left eye in May , both are successful , he is so gentle , the staff are so nice , the work run smoothly because all of them , the lab with all new and unique equipment s , if you plan to have cataract surgery , he is the one , young Dr from Harvard , Thanks Dr Tran for your great work .

I called at 9am, Sat, May 13th to schedule an appointment and the girl that answered the phone said the earliest appointment avail was til the end of June (a month and a half away)! She didn't even bother to show concern of my needs even after telling her my eye site was bothering me. I called back to see the optometrist to get fitted for eyeglasses and a different girl answered the phone and was also reluctant to help. She actually recommended I use google to find another eye doctor. Great team you got there Dr. Tran!
