I have to say thank you so much for Safelite service specially Westminster service. Because In Santa Ana Safelite just offer me replacement of the windshield they can’t recalibrate the system. However Westminster did well. Thank you for your help. Specially Jose technician.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP! If you value your Time and Sanity; GO ELSEWHERE. Read the REVIEWS, the "MORE" damage to your car is a recurring theme and you'll end up taking it to another shop to be resolved. YOU will have to pay TWICE to fix it. THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU ON THEIR MISTAKES or DAMAGE. (Personal Experience.) They are completely incompetent. 4 WASTED TRIES to repair a windshield cowl. They will blame you for their mistakes and missteps. The techs are obnoxious when you ask a question about a damaged part. If you chose this shop....Good Luck.

So a couple days ago driving home some rock or pebble hit my windshield I got a small T side crack. It didn't expand. I was looking online seeing when any appointments were available. Sadly the earliest avail wasn't until 12/7 so I drove to this location because it wasn't far from where I was gonna be having dinner soon and I was hoping for a walk up appt on the spot. The lady who came out to check if the chip was repairable said it was def repairable which is great! She said they had an opening at 3 pm if I could come back it was about 145 pm. I said I have nothing to do so I'll just wait in my car no problem! Around 215 josh came and took my car back! My car was in there at 2:18 pm and came out at 2:38 pm! 30 minutes and it was done! I'm so pleased with josh and the entire safelite team! And their repair is guaranteed if it does crack down the road the cost I paid today goes towards a windshield! You can hardly see the chip anymore! I'm so relieved! Thanks JOSH! great employees here!
