I am so happy I did business with Value City Furniture in Waldorf MD. My experience was amazing because I had my salesperson named Hanna who was very knowledgeable and kind. She made the process so easy I just wanted to come back. I was also assisted by Gabriel who was super helpful and answered all my questions perfectly as well. I couldn’t be more happy with my furniture and it looks so amazing inside my home. No buyers remorse at all. I will definitely be buying more furniture this month for my place and I know I am going to get the best service and best product. Ok, so we was a bit hesitant on coming here however so happy we did. Phillip was super great!!! He was helpful and attentive, he listened to what we wanted and he made it happen. We even got it customized to EXACTLY what we wanted. We will come back here if we need any other furniture pieces and we hope to get Phillip again. Bria was awesome! She was professional, kind and patient with quirky/indecisive my needs. Although I just needed a dinning room set, she treated me like I was filling a entire mansion. I had the BEST experience here at Value City in Waldorf MD! Tom was a TREMENDOUS help! Tom greeted us from the door and answered any questions with EASE!!!
