This rating is for the customer service. I wandered through the entire store, the Home Goods and the Marshall's sides. I could not find the stationary. I asked a worker where the stationary was, and she either didn't speak English or had no idea what stationary is so she directed me to another employee on the register. I asked him where the stationary was and he said in Home Goods. I said, OK where in Home Goods because I just wandered through the entire store and couldn't find it. Then he said he would get someone else. I stood there while he continued on the register and waited for several minutes and then he asked me again what I was looking for. I said, again, stationary. He said again he would get someone. Finally I said nevermind. How does someone who works in the store not know where the product is? Hire less inept workers or provide more training.

Really nice and helpful manager. I called about an item that was damaged during delivery. She handled it very professionally with kindness.
