POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES! I bought a bathroom light fixture from the store and it was boxed with enough packing to keep it from any damages during shipping. However, It was damaged. When I called the store and spoke to the owner, immediately he assumes that the electrician or myself dropped it. However, when I arrived to the store he saw the box damages where it would have bended the fixture. The owner stated that I should use a plier and still assume that I or my electrician did the damages. This is a heavy mettle fixture, that there is no way whatever, if you drop it, and there is no way to bend it. The only way is during shipment something very strong and heavy pushed on the side of the package. However, it doesn't matter all of this, what happened to customer services? I contacted the manufacture "KUZO" They didn't even question me, I sent an email with picture as a follow up and will revisit this review after I see results. NO CUSTOMER SERVICES!!!! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES!!! A follow up call from the store distributor to ask me if she could replace the fixture but, I have to take this review down. I explained to her that I had to strait this bending with a plier and install the fixture in bathroom so we could finish with bathroom project. I was in Berlin already but, if I wish to replace the fixture with a good one, who is going to pay for electrical labor? And she thought that I was pushing the envelope. No follow up or solution. Still poor customer services and hope they learn something good out of this situation.

A friend referred me to Benny for help with lighting. I visited the website before going into the store, it was so helpful to see the variety of lighting styles and how beautifully the rooms were complimented with light fixtures. This is definitely one of the best websites I’ve seen. The selection at the store expanded my range of possibility for the dining room chandelier I’ve been struggling to find. I’m downsizing now after living in homes choosing lighting that was “jewelry for the ceiling”. Now, as I’m in transition I’ve discovered “artwork for the the ceiling” is whatI like. Because of the high quality, I expected the prices to also be high, I am happy to say I was wrong. To my surprise the prices were in the range of chain stores with ho hum, ubiquitous styles. Benny was very knowledgeable and insightful in his recommendations, he is very helpful. He also provided 2 solid recommendations for installation — don’t underestimate the importance of proper placement and height, especially with more complex styles. I am very happy with my purchase and experience at Lightwave Lighting and highly recommend Benny.

They carry some of the most creative styles, most at affordable prices. Benny’s service and assistance are always top notch. We would have a far less interesting home without our fabulous lighting.

We have been looking at lighting websites for dozens of hours and couldn’t find one staircase light we like. We found Benny on Google Map and soooo glad we did! Benny showed us one light we absolutely adore and we ended up buying our dining room light, staircase light, 6 bathroom’s vanity light, and 1 outdoor light here. They are so beautiful and reasonably priced. We are definitely going to return to shop for other outdoor lightings we will need once we have our landscape planned out. Thank you Benny!
