I was in US 19 and Little Rd Hudson Fl. Went to screen to order a Matcha Cold beverage but I had made a special order with no ice because don’t like too cold beverages. I pay my order and wait for my Drink . When the lady announce my Matcha this is what I get half cup of drink .I pay for special order full cup of Matcha ,not a half cup because don’t like ice. The lady was a biggest one of the two ladies there at the moment . I take a picture of my drink and here is :a half cup of drink With full of bubbles.and half cup of real Matcha i

For me they've got my last to orders wrong. The sandwiches were still good tho but they need to make more of an effort. And another thing i noticed that the milkshakes are as thick as they used to be. What up with that Wawa??

Each time I stop here I always end up regretting it. Every time I get food from the deli I always wait at least 20-25 minutes even when it’s not busy. The workers are clearly miserable and obviously don’t want to be there. I go to this one because it’s really convenient as it’s on my route going home but this was really my last time going there. I’ll drive the extra 15 minutes out of my way to never have to deal with this frustration again.

This wawa really suck… they never have the waffle sandwiches in the morning and their smoothies are never thick like the rest of wawa’s smoothies. They are very watery and melted! Staff have attitudes when they mess up your order and you politely ask them to fix it smh I try to avoid this one even though it’s closest to my home!
