This is the dirtest DQ or any food place I have ever been in...the counter tops were so dirty the floors were disgusting...i put my hand on the counter and it had chocolate and strawberry or something pink all over ..I touched the counter and my hands got so much chocolate syrup and whatever the other was all over them...i don't think that counter top had been wiped all day....there was 5 people standing around doing nothing but talking to the manager and another making all the orders.... The manager seemed more interested in trying to close the store... It was like 6 pm..there was a total of 6 people it took me 15 minutes to get a cone and no one else was waiting for an order...I would have been ashamed to work in such a dirty place and say I'm the manager...if the Health Department walked in there Saturday June 11 2022 they would have shut that place down immediately...

Literally melted when it first hits our hands everytime we try to eat here. This sucks, 13 dollars worth of ice cream it was inedible, mostly completely melted sugar milk. Even the cone for the kid was dripping when she handed it out the window instead of getting a new one she took 5 minutes double layering the fudge and putting it in a cup. Just gross and not worth the wasted time or money......

By FAR the worst experience I have ever had at a Dairy Queen… I went inside to get my son some Ice Cream and I was the only patron in line, there were 4-6 employees at the front just laughing, talking, and singing “Sweet Home Alabama” instead of taking my order. I stood and waited nearly 3 minutes, and even had other customers ask me why they weren’t helping me, then proceeded to walk out of the establishment.. I then called to speak to the manager, and got the voicemail 5 times before I finally left a voicemail regarding my experience.. you need to have at least one adult working, because that was ridiculous.

Dairy Queen consistently finds ways to avoid innovation and flavor in favor of consistent mediocrity. I ate here for necessity, and the only glowing spot was the friendly staff at the location. They showed me how to use my receipt code to get a free icecream. Free icecream is always good.
