When I walked in, I could see they were quite busy. This one very tall lady was doing ALL the lobby business and doing it well and efficiently! She should be commended for her promptness and polite service. BTW, try the spicey chicken! 😉

Went thru the drive thru with my 2 kids, ordered my food, which the person taking my order had an attitude when repeating my order. No smiles, hellos, thank yous. I sat at the window for 6mins watching the young boys "working" cracking jokes, ignoring me, before they asked me to pull forward to wait. The car behind me got their much larger order before mine came out, which I knew bc they tried to give me their order. When they finally came out with my order after a total of 13mins of waiting, I asked for some sauce (which they had not offered me) and asked for my receipt. The boy returned with a bag full of sauce, and told me "the receipt machine was out of paper". I drive home, which is a 3min drive, only to find that I have freezing cold fries, and they messed up one of the sandwiches... I have given this McD's too many chances... DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. GO TO OPAL!!!!

Is there a reason that you are not greeted with more than "can I help you?" Very rude to say the least. Then after we pay not even a "thank you" .... and they want $15/hour??? They really need to work on customer relations here. Ice cream was good though 🙂

Asked for well done bc they are always under cooked. This time I got well done fries but medium size. 2 sauce for a 10liece nugget. Drove home ofc same bull different day. I've worked open to close Wednesday then right back to open. I get home. Waiting on my friend to bring us MD. Waited in line for 20 minutes. To get old fries in one and half cooked in mine and not even to the top. That's what timers are for. I want a refund. Not wasting my time in the rain to go get hot cooked all the way fries after I've worked 22 hours in 2 days.
