Most family friendly place ever! I went on a road trip alone with my 17 month old and 27 day old baby, and this was one of our planned stops. The staff saw me coming with my giant double stroller and opened all the doors. The play area was great for very young toddlers as well as elementary aged children, and there was an adult seating area where I could feed the little baby while the older one played. The food was great and my 17 month old ate with enthusiasm (and actually put almost all of it in his mouth!). Our stop at the Warrenton Chick-Fil-A turned an awful day of driving into a really fun day. Thank you to everyone working there!

Great service and friendly staff. Food is delicious. Only one issue, and it's been ongoing. Before the pandemic i would ask for ketchup and honey. 75% of the time. I would only get one of the two condiments i asked for. I would only realize it once I've driven away from the restaurant. Fast forward to after the pandemic and it's still the same issue. Now now I have to pay for any condiments over a quantity of 4. It seems like such a small issue and it really is to me. However seeing how Chick-fil-A does it's hiring it's surprising to me that that the condiments are the most inaccurate paccurate part of that restaurant

Service was fast and food was hot. The inside restaurant was very clean. It was raining outside but no mess on the I side. The restaurant was very clean. Staff was polite and came to my table and asked if they could help with our needs and they obliged me and my granddaughter with drink refills.

If I could give this Chick-fil-A less then one star, I would. Vanessa was awful. Worst customer service experience of my life. McDonald’s is more accommodating when they mess up orders I can’t say the same for this Chick-fil-A. They made me pay the difference for my drink that they messed up while taking my order because the one taking my order wasn’t competent. Not only did they mess up my drink but they gave me old cold fries. They also didn’t put cheese on my sandwich. I called and asked to speak to a manager and Vanessa proceeded again to tell me that there was no one else higher up than her that we could speak with. Not a very happy customer and won’t be returning to this location.
