On a trip to SF, my family and I had a slight issue with one of our tires that required immediate attention. From the second I called until we were back on the road, which was less than 90 minutes, they were awesome. Needed a new tire for our extended trip and they helped us get what we needed and back on the road quickly. Thanks for the excellent services… Brian the Cowboys fan!

These guys are great if you want an oil change. They have long hours which is great too. However, For any other service I would look elsewhere. There’s so many different people working on these cars that no one gave a critical eye to my car. They claimed that my car vibrating at 50 mph after they aligned my tires was because they didn’t balance my tires as well. I had to go in to their shop twice and my car is still having issues.

I love my neighborhood Big O! Everyone there is so helpful, prices are comparable, if not better, than Costco, and you can get everything done in one shot there. When I had a flat, I went to the closest shop near me, and it was them. When it came time to get the second pair, I compared prices and they came in $100 less for tires and alignment. They are trustworthy and they treat me and my dogs like family. I can’t recommend them enough. — Cindy Fitzpatrick

Second time here. First time I booked an appointment online with my tires chosen and received confirmation the next day. Day of appointment I drop my car off and I am told I do not have an appointment and they do not have the tires so they have to order it, glitch in system. Had to leave car overnight and was ready the next day. Fine, decent work. Second time, again booked appointment and selected tires. Received confirmation for appointment. Day of appointment dropped car off and was told, again I had no appointment. This time they couldn’t order the tires I wanted even though online it said it was available so I had to order another. I would have taken my car elsewhere if I had the time. Told car will be ready the following day. Next day I hadn’t received any updates about my car being done so I called in and was told tires were not delivered, they were forgotten at the warehouse. Car should be ready the next day by noon. Next day at noon I called in to check on the car and the person who answered said they weren’t aware my car needed to be worked on. Guy put my car next in line and was ready in an hour. Thanks to the guy that got my car worked on and out. Couldn’t get me back here though even if they offered me free tires. Have to do better with communication and corporate website.
