If I could give this place no star at all, I would. The ladies at the front desk are an absolute nightmare. Rude, disrespectful, condescending and just overall unprofessional. Took my dad here for a simple x ray and ended up walking out because of the attitude of the ladies who greeted us at the front desk. In short words, Id rather be on the phone for hours struggling to make an appointment at a different office than to go back here again.

I was referred to this place by my doctor and if you are seeing this because you too were referred.. I would ask your doctor to pick ANYTHING else. If I could put 0 stars I would. I waited 3 hours just to keep getting the run around on the tech taking a lunch and the machine being messed up. I walked through the back and noticed everyone wearing scrubs were just on their phones messing around.

Their hours of operation need to be updated. Based on these recent reviews, this is the least of their concern.

this review also related to the previous review. it not typical for them to be this busy and not picking up the phone. after my last two recent before my appointment, I heard their phone ring but none of them bother to pick up the phone and yet their live status said they are busy. will I guess they are busy not doing their job as a front desk receptionist. I just hope my appointment won't be as horrible other wise, I refuse to take my elder mom there because I don't have the time
