Chris hamburgers was the go to local hamburger place but now idk what happened to them, it's sad to see the quality and customer service degrade over the years

The bacon cheeseburger was delicious. But the old and flavorless fries ruined my experience. I clearly asked the cashier " Do you season the fries with meat seasoning.The orange one". She looked at me with a smile and said "yes". 4 minutes later, I receive some cold and flavorless fries. Hardly any salt in them. The nasty assfries killed it!!! First and last time I will ever eat here. Was not worth the $27 I spent. And the dining area was humid and nasty. The only fresh air was the one dragged un when someone would open the door

Pleasantly surprised... food was good and the customer service was amazing. There was a young man in particular that made sure all the customers had what they needed. Oh! And the house salsa on point!
