The folks at BMW of Mountain View must love their jobs! First I was greeted by Danny Martinez who quickly and efficiently noted my concerns and checked me in, he was cheerful and professional and easy to speak with. I was quickly provided a loaner car (made me think I need a new BMW!) and on my way. Car was done earlier than expected and again, I was met and checked out by friendly, cheerful staff. I will be bringing my car here for service going forward.

This is a shout out to Adam Xavier. Our sales interaction with him was always the most respected and clearly outlined for myself, my wife and her dad. Adam helped my wife Louise trade in her 2021 Acura and gave her fair value for the trade in without much discrepancy from the true car value that we done homework beforehand. This was such a sigh of fresh air compared to the shady dealings of BMW SF which gave my wife a low ball trade in offer and did not have any valid explanation why their offer was so off besides, it’s due used cars are not in demand. Exact opposite of logic and far from the truth. Adam was exactly the opposite of this and we applaud him. Best interaction and we will look forward coming back and purchasing more BMWs in the future from him. BMW of Mountain View… you have a bright star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We recently took delivery of our X5 M50i and couldn't be happier. Gaurav and the team down there were fantastic to work with. We originally placed a factory production order from the SF dealership and were met with day+ delays in hearing back from the client advisor and misleading estimates around when an allocation for an M50i vehicle would be available. After about a couple weeks of being in the order bank we decided to cancel the order. After reaching out to several other dealerships, we settled on Mountain View. Throughout the 2 month+ wait, Gaurav kept us updated on our order and offered advice on accurate estimations on when the vehicle would be delivered. They have definitely earned out business for the future.
