I love Dunkin coffee but in this case there was the Manager, cashier and the coffeemaker. I had to wait 5 minutes with no one in front of me to be attended. I wanted 2 hot decaf coffees. She rang up 2 cold decaf. Manager had to come in to resolve the issue. They made us 2 regular coffees. The whole process took 25 minutes.
