The application process was easy and can’t thank them enough for helping with rent assistance during Covid 19

Went through the call center to get help with homelessness two years ago and never ever got helped. Why? Half the city is homeless yet these people get govt funds to help but do not. Maybe if I was a addict or a Vet things would have been different.
