Came into Walgreens to grab 4 cases of water and could not carry all four to my car but the security officer friend was kind sweet respectful and helper and carried them for me. Cashier was nice and respectful as well. I will be returning again!!!!!

On 5/8/21 I stopped at store #7554 in Glen Burnie, Maryland to purchase mother's day cards and gift cards for my wife from the kids and myself . A month and a half goes by and the wife tries to use said gift cards with no luck . I contacted kohl's about the 1st card ($100.00) to whoch they replied it was never activated and not used . I then proceeded to contact Amazon ($100.00) in which they said the same thing . I then contacted the 800 number for walgreens and basically was told nothing they can do . I find this incorrect since i not only have the reciept with transaction # , but the card numbers and serial numbers to said gift cards . I could understand if they were activated than the issue would fall on amazon and kohls . However for 2 seprate entity's to say the same thing i find walgreens at fault . I spend plenty of money in there stores between prescriptions and odds and ends than i get treated like this . Unacceptable!!!

Very poor service from the pharmacy and given misinformation from the pharmacy tech. Do NOT go to this store!
