Went to pick up a mobile order with my daughters today. It wasn’t on the shelf so I asked an employee for my order. In front of my daughters, I was accused of stealing the order and trying to get it a second time. What…? #ghetto And my order was wrong 😒 I paid extra for three bread bowls but they didn’t give any bread bowls. 😑

Great food as one would expect from a Panera. Ripping the sole of your shoe over exposed bolts is however not worth it.

I always like Panera for a quick bite or a working lunch. The most difficult thing for me is that the preparation is so inconsistent. I’m a creature of habit and tend to get the same item and every time slightly different than the time before. For the cost, I would like to see some consistency in the food preparation (size, amount of chicken, amount of sauce, etc.).

Great experience with friendly smiles (under the masks of course). Food came out quickly :) Social distancing rules are being adhered too
