Found the right product for us. Helped us save money. Had expert advice about printers and even told us we didn't need to buy a new product of theirs. We will buy more from them. Much more helpful than stores with unskilled staff who just read the label to you. They had knowledge - two different stores and both were skilled.

I only went into Office depot for an ink cartridge but found they also had some other items I had been wanting I was delighted to return home with them and complete some projects and I even found a wall clock I had been needing to replace one that got damaged. Was was well satisfied with my trip there.

Do yourself a favor, go someplace where the employees have pride in their work. are knowledgeable on products and services and care about their customer. And for God sake, don't go 45 minutes before closing time with copy projected because they already decided you might prevent them from timely leaving exactly at closing. Hire adults that care..not kids.
