The Greens at Tanyard Golf Course

Probably the worst course I’ve ever played. Very slow hard greens, no fairways(all rough), tees were really long. Lost a ball in the fairway.

I liked the course design and the pro shop employee was very nice, but the course is in really bad shape - everything is cut at the same length, so your ball can disappear in the fairway and it’s hard to see where the fairway used to be, no collars around the greens and a lot of tee boxes are just dirt. Was a 95 degree day and no water on the course and no trash cans on the course? There are plenty of wooden structures where water coolers used to go, but they are all full of trash and not water coolers unfortunately...for the price they charge - there are a lot of better maintained courses nearby. Hopefully Tanyard GC can turn things around.......probably won’t be back

We’ve had a long run of heat and little rain the course (green) showed. Was my first time playing Tanyard and I truly enjoyed the layout with three short par 4 holes. Looking forward to the next visit.

The greens look the best they have ever looked in the 5 years I have been playing there. The older gentleman that runs the club is great. Always welcoming and ready to help specially with cart turn in.
