I have been taking my dogs here for many years but the customer service has gone downhill just care about money these days. Called them to get my dogs in for just routine vaccines and was told that they couldn't get them in for 4 weeks which wouldn't work for me--when I told them that the lady on the phone got an attitude with me. I ended up calling Prairie Creek Hospital and they could see both my dogs within a week. Highly recommend them not only is the building cleaner and nicer but the prices were cheaper than Sioux Nation--the vaccine prices at Prairie Creek Hospital were even cheaper than the shot clinic prices at Sioux Nation.

I would give them zero stars if I could. Staff is very rude and don't want to help with the dogs they have in their clinic but can help new customers just fine. I will spend a few extra dollars to have better customer service.

We got our cat neutered here they said he was a very good kitty they were very professional I even did a nail clipping and a teeth cleaning on the house. Suite staff I would highly recommend this place. We will definitely be going back.
