Stopped in around 2pm on a Monday with my family... there was only one table busy, the rest was empty, and a few people at the bar. Staff was rude, yelling at customers, wouldn't substitute any foods. Asked for a simple BLT, they wouldn't do it. If it's not on the menu, they don't know how to make it. The staff got very angry when we decided to leave, they charged us extra for the drinks (two sodas and water). We will not be going back. We were really looking forward to the good food we heard about from the locals... but I guess you have to be a local to get good service.

The worst service I’ve EVER received. Allowing Servers to be RUDE because your busy is no excuse.. be grateful your busy and serve with a smile…. My 1st time here…. Decided not to order more than my drink .. will go elsewhere tonight to have dinner at a restaurant that knows how to deliver service … save your money.. go somewhere else… drove past 5 restaurants to get here, next time I won’t be so silly… lost customer

We showed up around 8:30 PM on a Sunday. The place was pretty busy, but we got service right away. We ordered some drinks and two orders of wings-- both of which came out really fast. The food is always good there, the seating is comfortable, and they have Touch Tunes, so you can control the music. Overall, it's a good value.

Service was excellent. Burgers were great, fries were great. Incredible whisky pours... *Warning* NO ONE in this establishment wears a mask; not the workers, not the customers. Not even one. There's apparently some kind of weird consensus north of the Twin Cities that has almost everyone you meet absolutely incapable of putting on a mask for public safety. Dunno why the righteous indignation, dunno why the politics, dunno why so stubborn. Dine-in at your own risk (there is a pretty big outdoor patio, for the record)
