Food, drinks, and service was good. I had grilled chicken with baked potato and husband had the pork loin chops with onion rings. They were good but nothing really wowed us about it.

We had THE BEST meal here while we were on the road painting gas stations! We sat at the bar and had a fabulous experience with our food and service! I had the salmon sandwich - the best salmon I’ve ever had!!! If I could give you 10 stars I would! (What’s the rub you use on the salmon!??)

I admit that I didn't have very high expectations. I've been burned by restaurants in small towns before. But we were hungry and far from home and desperate so we went. I could not have been more wrong. The place was big and very clean. The service was good. And the food was outstanding. The five of us got five different plates, and no one got a dud. The fries were remarkably good. I don't know if they're double-fried or what, but they were perfectly crispy on the outside and soft inside. Even the pickles on the side were excellent - crisp and salty, but not too vinegar-y. Finally, after 24 hours I have definitively concluded that their Reuben is the best I've ever had. The corned beef was flavorful and well-trimmed, and the bread was thicker than typical. If I'm ever back in Pipestone, this is where I'll be testing eating.

Excellent food, atmosphere and service in downtown Pipestone. We dined 2 evenings back to back with a large family group of 14. Everyone enjoyed the evening dining experiences.
