This place has saved me a ton of money from buying the wrong items for my Kirby G4. I needed a new cord and drive lever, the thing that makes the vacuum GO, and this place was so amazing and helpful, I was able to get everything fixed for under $200 AND the $35 diagnostic fee was included in the over-all final price. I was soo skeptical of this business because I’ve read the negative reviews but I wanted to get my own opinion. The employee working that day was very respectful and very knowledgeable of the issue with my Kirby and gave me different options on how to fix the problems. That is the reason for this Review. If I should need advise and assistance again, I will be calling Kirby in Westminster.

I stopped by the place late afternoon on Saturday. The owners or staff, I didn't ask had already locked up for the night and where getting in their cars. As soon as they saw that I had come to buy some supplies they told their family to wait while they helped me out. I really appreciate the time they took. Thanks

PLEASE DON’T GO THERE!!!! Their customer service is awful. Sellers and the “owner” are rude. Went to buy some supplies and what ever i asked for the asian seller said they had it, he went to look for it and came back and said sorry we don’t. So I end up buying things that i didn't want and when i call the same day to do a return another person answered the phone and she said they had all the supplies i needed and that she didn't know why the seller couldn't find them. In a rude way she said it was ok to return but they were going to charged me a 5% fee I said fine. The next morning i received a call from the “owner” trying to justified his sellers and told me that they dont do exchanges or refunds. Apparently the people that works for him are incompetent and they don't know anything. They say something when your talking with them and the next day they switch the story around and say “I didnt say that” NOT A SERIOUS BUSINESS!!!!!

Yes we repair Kirby vacuums. Come on down.
With the Kirby power head raised to it's highest setting, turn on the Kirby and activate the Drive lever. Lower the power head one level at a time until you hear the hum indicating the power head has made contact with the carpet. Lower one additional level to insure the power head maintains contact with the carpeting when in use. That should do it. If you need further assistance please call me at (714)580-6086. Thanks!
If the machine is off and not running, make sure it is in NEUTRAL and on the highest setting. If it still won't roll backward there is a problem and it needs service. If it is on and in drive but wont roll backward through the carpet that could also be a problem. Dont worry though, you have a three year warranty which covers any issues the machine may have.
