I buy pizza probably once a week at the Papa John’s on Winchester Rd in Huntsville Al. I have read some reviews of some of the others and I don’t know who these people are but I have had only great service and food from this location. The gentleman that serves my pizza to me is so kind and courteous. I’m sorry I asked his name but have since forgotten it. I live closer to another Papa John’s but drive the extra little way for the service I’ve received.

I called at 10:56 am and ordered 2 medium pizzas and bread sticks for delivery. After an hour and still no delivery I called and the automatic message said my order was complete and delivery should be in 6 min. 15 min pass and still nothing. I called the store and she said she got a lot of orders in and the guy delivered those orders first. We finally got our order at 12:40 and the pizza was cold and bread sticks were bland with nothing on them. I doctored up the breadsticks and they were good but cold. The delivery guy was super sweet and I still tipped but we will not be ordering delivery again from this location. Let me add in we are literally 3.1 miles down the road, the only reason I didn’t pick up the order was I work from home, otherwise I would have picked it up. Very disappointed!!!
