Bad customer service here , the girls here are so rude , about 4 people were in front of me and they walked away cus no one attended to them for over 35mins , now it’s my turn but no one is attending to me and the girls wil walk pass me and not say a word to me - they are not serious with their jobs , some old couples stood about 10mins waiting to be checked out - I will recommend here be closed until they get good management/manager. They are really a shame to a big restaurant like #denny’s

Terrible service! Everything about it was bad. They weren't busy at all. It still took them then minutes to be bothered enough to seat us. The man seating us was very polite. The lady training him was absolutely rude. She left him on his own. He didn't know how to take drink orders much less food orders. Jr finally figured out how to get drink orders and eventually appetizers. I had to ask for silverware. I had to ask for refills on drinks. I never got my little girl's food. I never got to order mine at all. The rest got some food. They asked for it to be placed in to go boxes. It had been an hour already. Still left a tip. Spent over 85 dollars on what I normally wouldn't pay 20 bucks for. Since we're tourists here, we wouldn't leave without tipping. I love Denny's usually, but this was the worst!

We were very impressed with our server Willa. She was incredible, seating customers and taking orders, bringing out food and cashing people out. She was smiling and happy through everything. They are short staffed like everyone right now but she took it in stride and kept a level head. Our food was very good and I'm sure the kitchen staff was short handed as well. Between Willa and the kitchen staff our meals were very good.

Waitress was very nice and friendly, food not so much. Could have been they were out of alot of things, like buns, or running short staff. Quality was not there. As stated waitress was great, but food quality was sub par.
