Driver Showed up a day early to Appointment. They told him sit tight and they will try to work him in. When they called him to a door they told him to pay 155$ lumper. Driver paid it and they gave him a late fee receipt that does not get reimbursed. NOT MANY OTHER COMPANIES THAT WOULD SCREW A DRIVER OVER LIKE THAT.

Unloaded me on time but the lumper service is pathetic They don't take t-check, i asked for pay with card the guy said machine is not working go n get cash from atm I Never seen anything like this anywhere before Ridiculous lumper system here

Maybe they upped their game. I was out one hour after appointment time. Fast, efficient, well organized; no lumper. Everyone was friendly. Would definitely deliver here again. Staging area outside guard shack. Receiving opens promptly at 06:00. Line moves fast.
