Rita's in Mahwah is the best! Customer service beyond compare. It is the cleanest most well run ice cream shop I have ever been to. I always walk out with a smile because of the staff and the treats!

Was always a fan of Rita's but the woman (franchise owner?) was pretty rude in explaining they didn't have two things I asked for. When I said, I see on the screen you have the selections, she was curt and said, "That's everything Rita's advertises. We don't have it." She was annoyed. Maybe she was having a bad day, I dunno, but all I was doing was asking a question. It costs nothing to be nice.

Hi Neil, as someone has already said yes we are! Everything in the store is certified Kosher under the K.O.A. under Rabbi Isaacson. Thanks!
Large portions of the Orthodox Jewish community ear there! They have a kosher certification you could ask them for it
