They changed up prices on me hateful women on the phone. Would not recommend them to anyone ever!!!! It's a shame to because we have no other way to get anywhere around here and they are horrible!!!!!

I've been late to work multiple times because they can't keep drivers and I called hours in advance to schedule a ride with them and they were still 30 minutes or more late. I expect my ride to be on time especially if I call at least 2 or more hours in advance to get picked up.

Very Friendly and very Helpful Dispatcher/Receptionist. Had to arrange transportation for a family member and the Quad Cities Taxi and Wheelchair Service was my best option. The Dispatcher/Receptionist was Awesome! She was able to answer all of my questions and everything worked out without any issues. The driver arrived quickly and was very friendly. I'll definitely recommend Quad Cities Taxi Services to friends and family! *The reason for only giving 4 Stars - Quad Cities Taxi and Wheelchair Service doesn't offer the ability to pay by Debit/Credit cards over the phone. I was able to work out everything, but it would've definitely made arranging for transportation much more convenient.

Had to prepay for a cab because I was so far out of the city limits which was no problem however I never received a ride and had to pay someone else personally to come pick me up. Never got my $$ (46$) back or anything. Will not EVER use or recommend.
